Pet Policy

Our residents extend their families and hearts to include those of a four legged variety. We understand their needs too and have created their own outdoor play space. We are dedicated to all of our residents at monument ridge apartments. Breed Restrictions: No Pit Bulls or Rottweilers. No weight limit. $30 monthly pet rent per pet. $400 deposit $200 refundable/$200 non-refundable.
